The 2023 All Members Show is a great opportunity for CoMA members to share their work with peers, exhibit their work along side our esteemed presenters, and reach potential customers. Anyone will be able to visit The Darvier Gallery or website to view and purchase items from the All Members Show. Thank you for all those participating!

Submission Guidelines

Must be a current CoMA Member

You may submit up to 3 pieces

Commission split on sales is 60/40 in favor of the artist.
Deadlines

Work must be received at the gallery by July 12, 2023

Keep in mind that the gallery will be closed to the public until July10th. However, they will be monitoring and accepting packages/deliveries during the closure so do not delay in getting that work in the mail! Please call and leave a message for Tim or Hana to arrange a time to drop off your work. 503-789-0096
How to Submit
You can submit your work by mail or in person. The Submission form has all the details.

Mailed work must arrive at the gallery by July 12, 2023. Include your return shipping label and the submission form which requires a price list and contact information.

In person deliveries can be made during business hours at The Darvier Gallery, Tu-Sat, 11am-5pm or by making arrangements with The Darvier Gallery directly. (See Deadlines section).
