2026 CoMA Conference Schedule!

Saturday, July 18th

  • Arrive at the Hilton Garden Inn Arvada at 8:45 for check-in and to drop off auction items.

  • Participants will have a free lunch break to enjoy all that Olde Town Arvada offers for dining!

    Closer to the conference, we’ll provide a list of local restaurants that are walkable from the venue.

  • The conference will wrap up around 4:45.

  • All are welcome after the conference for a casual after-party at a local restaurant & watering hole!

    Join the presenters, board, and other attendees to mingle and chat about the day, over adult beverages and burgers.

  • Early Bird Registration will open in April at a discounted rate. Only available to current members. Join today!

    Regular Registration for non-members will open in May.

  • The Hilton Arvada Garden Inn has plenty of onsite parking for the conference offerings.

    For the exhibition, trivia night and after-party, we recommend parking at the free RTD Garage with entrances at Grandview Ave and Vance St or Grandview Ave and Olde Wadsworth Blvd.

    The garage is free with elevators and ramps for accessibility. The garage is also centrally located between the conference venue and after-party location.
