It's that time of year again! The CoMA All Members show that coincides with the annual CoMA conference is just around the corner, and we'd like to have your work! All CoMA members are invited to submit up to three artworks relating to metal, smithing, and jewelry for this all-inclusive show. Please fill out the submission form which can be downloaded below and send it out by the 8th of July. DAVA (Downtown Aurora Visual Arts) will be the host for this year's show!

If you are not currently a member, you can still participate in this show by joining CoMA for 2024 now. Please see the details below on how to submit, a timeline, and criteria for submissions.

How to Submit
​
Collect your high-quality images of up to three different pieces and write your three accompanying data sheets. Images should be labeled with your first and last name and a clear numbers sequence (EXAMPLE – JohnSmith1, JohnSmith2, JohnSmith3). Fill out the Submission Form which can be downloaded below, and send it, along with your three images to Viviane Le Courtois, the DAVA Gallery Manager. The Submissions will be considered incomplete if both the image and the statement are not present and they will be excluded from the show.

LATE SUBMISSIONS will not be considered for showing.

Timeline for the Call
​
July 8th – DEADLINE to submit work. Please submit NO MORE than three works of art to be considered (No detail images). Please email your images and submission form to gallery@davarts.com by July 8th.

July 10th - Items must be received by noon on July 10th, 2024 if you are mailing or dropping off. The preferred drop off days are: Tuesday July 9th between 9am to 5 pm and Wednesday July 10th between 9am and noon. For other days and time, please contact the gallery directly. Other arrangements can be made for earlier drop offs by contacting gallery@davarts.com.
July 20th – Opening reception between 6 - 8 pm at DAVA, 1405 Florence St. Aurora CO 80010.

July 20th - August 19th – Metalsmiths Unveiled show dates

WORK MUST BE PICKED UP THE WEEK AFTER THE SHOW ENDS! The best pick up days will be Tuesday August 20th from 9 am to 5 pm or Wednesday August 21st from 9 am to noon. Please pick up all work at the absolute latest by August 30th or make shipping arrangements with the gallery
